FAQs

CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your order please contact me.  I accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been packaged or shipped, I will be happy to cancel it and refund you.  However, if your order has shipped it can not be cancelled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
When ordering from The Sweet & Spicy Life, you are purchasing food items. As a result, I can not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please contact me immediately. I will be more than happy to work with you to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase!

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Check the shipping address you have entered for your order, and make sure it is correct! Once your order has shipped, I am unable to make any changes. If your order ships with an address that you have entered incorrectly, or you have not updated your address after moving, I do not offer any refunds.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:
If your order arrives with the product damaged, please send me a conversation with a photo of your damaged items. I will send a replacement item to you of the same item at no additional charge once I have received the photo.

PROCESSING TIME: 
Due to an increase in purchases, I am moving to one shipping day a week which will be Friday.  All orders place by Thursday at noon will ship on Friday.

SHIPPING:
Your items will be packaged and shipped in the most cost efficient way possible. If you place more than one order that will ship to the same address, your orders will be combined into one package unless you specify differently. If the difference between the final shipping cost and shipping you were charged is $2.00 or higher, I will refund you the shipping overage through the form of payment you used to place the order.

I currently do not ship internationally.
ALLERGENS:
Please read through the ingredients listed for each mix carefully, as well as the ingredients that I suggest you add to make the final product. The ingredients are listed intentionally with each item so that you know what is in the package you are receiving and what you will likely add to it. This is done so that you can avoid any allergens you have or ingredients you don't like. Once you have received the product I can not take returns or make exchanges, and I don't want you to be disappointed.
