The smell of this meatloaf baking is delicious, and the taste is a perfect balance of smokey and flavorful! I made it using Alternasweets BBQ sauce and added a little extra sauce on top before baking...perfection! Any low carb or sugar free BBQ sauce will work. If you aren't following a low carb or Keto diet, feel free to use whatever BBQ sauce you prefer! Easy to make, and pairs well with mashed cauliflower and maybe a piece of Keto Corn Free Cornbread!
SEASONING MIX INGREDIENTS: organic coconut flour, dried onion, dried red and green bell peppers, roasted garlic granules, black pepper
INGREDIENTS YOU ADD: ground beef or turkey, low carb or sugar free BBQ sauce, eggs, sea salt
