The blend of coconut and almond flours creates a texture and taste that mimics cornbread, and fools nearly everyone who tastes it! The final product is a bread that is moist, airy and holds together well. Perfect for chili, stuffing or any time you feel the need for bread without the added carbs!
This mix has NO CORN! A dairy free, gluten free, corn free, baking mix that is full of flavor and nothing artificial. The ingredients are naturally low in carbs, and there is no sweetener added into the mix so you can use the one that works the best for your body, or make it savory and leave out the sweetener all together. Not following a Keto or Low Carb diet? Use whatever sweetener you use in your baked goods!
The best part about this mix is that you can customize it to your own taste and diet preference. Follow the directions on the back of the package, or be creative and add in whatever sounds good to you. Create a savory twist by adding in some shredded cheese and jalapenos to give it a little kick.
This mix bakes in an 8" x 8" pan, or make it into muffins or even waffles and serve it with shredded BBQ beef or pork as an open faced sandwich!
