Easy to make and flexible so you can make it to suit your taste buds. Add chicken, shrimp and sausage, or play around with the ingredients you add and make it to your personal preference. Simply dump everything in your crockpot or soup pot and let it cook! No chopping or dicing is needed, and the mix contains no beans, grains or gluten.
Serve warm, and drizzle with olive oil to boost healthy fats. Try a flavor infused olive oil like roasted garlic!
SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: dried okra, dried green bell peppers, dried red bell peppers, dried celery, dried white onion, creole seasoning (sea salt, cayenne, garlic powder, organic black pepper, chili powder, celery salt, ground mustard, basil, sage, oregano, thyme), dried parsley, roasted garlic, organic bay leaves
INGREDIENTS YOU ADD: chicken breast or thigh, smoked sausage, shrimp, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, cauliflower rice, salt and pepper
