Super easy to make and flexible so you can make it to suit your taste buds. Each mix contains all of the vegetables and spices you need to make a delicious pot of soup. Simply dump everything in your crockpot or soup pot and let it cook. No chopping or dicing is needed!

Serve this soup warm, topped with your favorite shredded Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with olive oil to boost flavor and healthy fats. Change it up and try a flavor infused olive oil like Italian herb or roasted garlic!

I have included a small amount of carrots in this mix because it's a healthy form of carbs, and there's such a small amount that it does not impact the carb count significantly. If you would rather avoid the carrots, they are large enough that you can pick them out. Personally, this is one of my favorite soups and the carrots did not overpower the flavor at all!


SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: dried spinach, dried green beans, dried carrots, dried celery, dried white onion, Italian seasoning (oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, basil, sage), parsley, roasted garlic, organic bay leaves

INGREDIENTS YOU ADD: ground Italian sausage, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS YOU COULD ADD: diced zucchini, tomato paste
